The Fund seeks to invest on a fully secured basis with small to mid-sized developers with good credit background, who are unable to tap PE Funds and NBFCs due to absence of large development experience. Strugence Investment Advisors LLP will be assisted by Asenka Realty Private Limited in the management of the Fund. Asenka Realty is an associated company with its team of architects and lawyers who will monitor the costs and progress of the projects and assist in case of any execution issues with the developer. The return on investment expected to be 25%+ on an IRR basis. The Fund seeks to unlock the strong value potential in redevelopment projects where the heavy investment in land is replaced by staggered payment to tenants in the form of corpus, rent and constructed area.
