Assisting in structuring investments and transactions, adding the inputs of law and regulations to the team of Asset management and asset reconstruction

Assisting in documentations and transaction closures ensuring that the transactions are closed as per sanctioned terms.

Co-ordinating with external consultants, advocates, legal counsel in matters of transaction structuring, transaction documentation, due diligence, litigation, recovery etc.

Qualifications : LLB, LLM (Optional)

Experience : Approx. 7-10 years experience in a law firm/ asset management company/ bank / NBFC

Good working legal knowledge and understanding of structuring transactions in real estate ; other sectors for structured finance/lending including making documents for mortgages, pledges, guarantees, escrow agreements, NCD agreements, Development Agreements, Joint Development Agreements, JV agreements etc. Good knowledge of corporate law. Knowledge of NBFC, SEBI regulations would be an added advantage

The candidate must have initiative and drive to structure transactions and independently handle documentation. Also, the candidate should be able to co-ordinate and oversee legal due diligence.

Good communication skills.

Good drafting skills for documentation.

Should be a team worker.

Architect shall be a team player to assist in achieving the following:

Assessing regulations and working out area statements for various transactions

Assessing and opining on plans and approvals

Designing building plans

Supervising and co-ordinating project planning and execution

Co-ordinating liaison with municipal corporations and other state central agencies for procuring approvals

Co-ordinating with various external agencies for design, engineering, BOQ, contractors, regulatory authorities.

Qualifications : Degree in Architecture or Degree in Project management would be preferable added qualification

Experience : Experience of 7 -10 years and should have lead project teams

Good skills and experience in designing, liaison and execution of projects.

Good working knowledge of regulations and practices

Should be a team worker with good communication skills

Credit and underwriting transactions being taken by Fund
